Human Trafficking

What Changes Has Ms. Dudik Made to Human Trafficking?

Human trafficking is quickly becoming a huge problem in the United States. Kimberly Dudik has worked hard to help make Montana a leader in the nation when it comes to stopping child sex trafficking and stop general human trafficking. She has helped to pass substantial changes to Montana's human trafficking laws that have ultimately resulted victims being treated as victims. This has allowed them access to the services they needed, provide safe harbor for these victims and provides a clear definition of crimes, making it easier to prosecute human trafficking. She has also worked to pass laws that require those convicted of human trafficking to be consider sex offenders, allowing police to keep an eye on these individuals and prevent them from doing the same crime in the future. Do you want to keep Montana safe from human trafficking? Elect Dudik for Attorney General.
